Abstract
In today's globalized business environment, organizations face the challenge of managing a culturally diverse workforce. This study explores the relationship between globalization and cross-cultural management, with a focus on the impact of cultural intelligence on organizational performance. The results indicate that cultural intelligence is a significant predictor of organizational performance, particularly in terms of employee satisfaction and commitment.
