Abstract

This study deeply looks into the various problems that Afghan refugees face in Pakistan due to their different backgrounds shaped by Afghanistan's troubled history. We aim to understand how they are adapting to life in Pakistan. Through interviews, we explore their thoughts on living conditions, social interactions, discrimination, language issues, job challenges, and social equality. The study has clear goals, including checking social problems, understanding educational obstacles, looking into financial struggles, exploring language difficulties, and analyzing how these affect the well-being and fitting-in of Afghan refugees in Pakistan. We use methods like interviews, sheets asking about demographics, and follow strict ethical rules. The results, found through Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), highlight important themes about how Afghan refugees integrate and adapt in Pakistan. Despite some challenges like engaging participants and language issues, this study provides useful insights, stressing the need for a thorough research approach. It suggests ways to improve living conditions for Afghan refugees and lays a solid groundwork for future studies in this important area.
